Summary
Article 1 – Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
Mameleon: based in Wijk bij Duurstede, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce.
Client: any natural or legal person who enters into or wishes to enter into an agreement with Mameleon.
Products: materials provided by Mameleon, such as workbooks, cards, online courses, and other tools related to coaching and personal growth.
Services: coaching, training sessions, workshops, lectures, and other related activities.
Article 2 – Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotations, agreements, and deliveries of products and services by Mameleon.
Article 3 – Formation of the Agreement
An agreement is established once the client gives verbal, written, or digital confirmation of Mameleon’s offer.
Article 4 – Delivery and Use
1. Products are delivered as agreed.
2. Digital materials are for personal use only and may not be distributed, copied, or resold without prior written permission.
Article 5 – Cancellation and Right of Withdrawal
1. There is no right of withdrawal for digital products after delivery.
2. Coaching and training sessions can be canceled free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made after this time will be charged in full.
Article 6 – Intellectual Property
All materials provided by Mameleon remain the intellectual property of Mameleon unless otherwise agreed in writing. Commercial use without permission is strictly prohibited.
Article 7 – Liability
Mameleon is not liable for any damage resulting from the use of its services or products, unless in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Article 8 – Applicable Law
Dutch law applies to these terms and conditions. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Utrecht, the Netherlands.
